What I love about this protein is that it tastes so good! I love all the flavors!
The flavors vary from mixed berry, tangy citrus and tropical punch.
I notice such a difference when working out as it keeps me hydrated better, and I rarely get sore after a big workout because of the amino acid qualities in this drink.
I love this protein drink and encourage you to try it

For the main meal we will have steak. Steak is perfect for the gluten-free lifestyle, all the seasoning you need is salt and pepper. It is important to be careful with seasonings and sometimes it can cross contaminate with wheat.
When new gluten-free items come out, it’s exciting!
Even more, when these items are tasty and delicious, it’s even more exciting.
Today I wanted to share with you 3 gluten-free foods that have come out in the last year and I enjoy them all.

First up are: Peanut Butter Chex. The price is only $10.59 for a 2-pack on Amazon. You will love the flavoring of this particular chex cereal, and just think how easy muddy buddies will be to make with peanut butter chex cereal!
Next, I have to share gluten-free double stuff oreos. I mean, the regular oreos are great too, but the double-stuff are right on point! Everyone agrees, they perfected the gluten-free oreos to taste just like the regular oreos.
You can find these oreos on Amazon for $26.48 for a 3-pack. Or most grocery stores now carry these delicious cookies too. They are always in white packaging so they stand out amongst the regular oreos.
And last but not least, these Almond Mission Tortillas. I found these through Kroger stores at the price of $5.49. These tortillas can help make it possible to make tasty gluten free burritos and such.
Have you discovered any more tasty gluten-free items? I am always on the lookout and hope to continue posting about new gluten-free products.
Meal Plan 2: Gluten-free Sweet & Sour Meatballs. To be honest, I feel like I could eat this meal everyday without getting sick of it. I love these meatballs!
Meal Plan 4: Delicious Gluten-Free Taco Dish, crockpot meal. This dish is easy and tasty. We love adding gluten free tortilla chips on top!
Meal Plan 5: Gluten-Free Korean Beef is another family favorite that we love! You can add green onions, and sriracha on top if you’d like. And we love serving it over gluten free rice noodles, or rice.
It can be hard to step into a gluten free lifestyle, however, it shouldn’t be overwhelming.
Our works is understanding the gluten free lifestyle more so thankfully there’s more awareness.
After my own experience with being new to the gluten free world (back in 2008), I came up with 4 steps to help you:
Share the News
Why share the news?
I have learned it’s important to be up front and honest about your gluten free lifestyle.
Be tactful and nice when you explain your gluten free guidelines. But let others know the importance of following gluten free food guidelines.
Gluten free living is more common now so there’s no need to feel like an “inconvenience” in any way.
It’s best just to let others know that you eat gluten free to stay safe and healthy.
2. Find Support Resources.
I am on multiple Gluten free Facebook groups.
I also follow a lot of gluten free accounts on Instagram and tik tok.
When you’re surrounded by helpful resources you don’t feel alone in the gluten free journey.
3. Download helpful gluten free apps
I currently have 2 apps on my phone that I use to help with my gluten-free lifestyle:
-Gluten free scanner: you scan food items snd it tells you if it’s gluten free or not.
-Find Me Gluten Free: it’s a resource mapping out gluten free restaurants and bakeries in your area. This is so helpful and nice.
4. Keep track of Gluten-free Recipes You Enjoy
One of the reasons I started this blog was to keep track of gluten free recipes that we love.
Pinterest is a great resource to organize recipes too.
Whatever way you choose to do it, make sure you can easily find your gluten free recipes..it helps make life simpler and easier when it comes to cooking gluten free.
