The Best Blender Salsa/Gluten-Free

Salsa is such a great snack when you have to eat gluten-free.

Most salsas are gluten free, even better, when you make it yourself, it can be guaranteed to be gluten-free!

Over the years I have been working on a blender salsa that tastes great, and is quick and easy to make.

I use cherry tomatoes in this particular recipe.

This recipe serves up to 4 people, but you can simply double or triple the recipe if you need to feed a larger crowd.

Even better?

You can blend up this salsa in under ten minutes, which is a win at our house!

-1 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes

-1/4 teaspoon minced garlic

-1/8 onion or 2 strands of green onion optional

-handful of cilantro

-1 teaspoon cumin

-1 teaspoon salt

-1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/2-1 jalapeno (1 whole jalapeño will provide medium-hot heat)

Great salsa– and there are many options for gluten-free tortilla chips!


  1. Wash all vegetables well.
  2. Blend ingredients as you go.
  3. Enjoy!
