Are you part of a book club?
I enjoy being part of a book club, and yet, I must admit I do not make it around to reading the book every single time.
However, this time, I set a goal to stop doing whatever it was I was doing for the day, and take a minute to read.
And guess what?
This book was such a pleasant book to sit down and enjoy.

The book is call “Promised,” by Leah Garriott.
Without giving too much away, this book reminded in ways of Pride & Prejudice.
The author does a great job in keeping you on your toes, and wondering what the next chapter will bring.
It’s overall, a light and uplifting read that I recommend to anyone.
