If you follow me you know that I not only eat gluten-free (celiacs disease), but that I also feel strongly about being prepped with meals for the week.
One of the hardest parts of being gluten-free is the fact that it’s not always convenient.

More so, if you don’t have meal ideas ready to go, gluten free living can be stressful and frustrating.
Here are the gluten-free meals I plan to eat this week, and I couldn’t help but share!

Monday:
Delicious Gluten-Free Fried Rice
This recipe is easy and tasty and I always have enough leftovers for lunch the next day!
Tuesday:
Gluten Free Caesar Salad
I just add a few extra items to make this salad gluten free and delicious.
Wednesday:
Gluten-Free Pizza
I will choose from one of the many gluten-free pizzas I enjoy
Thursday
Gluten-Free Potato Salad
I love potato salad, and this is my favorite recipe and it’s naturally gluten free!
Friday
Tasty Gluten-Free Chicken Dinner/Hawaiian Haystacks
I love that you can add endless toppings to this delicious meal
