Sunday dinner is always tasty and fun to prepare for.
Since I have to eat gluten-free it does take some planning ahead.
Luckily this Taco-chicken dish is easy, delicious, and doesn’t take very many ingredients.

The best part about this meal?
You can literally dump all the ingredients in the crockpot and the crockpot does the cooking.

Also— our family loves to crush tortilla chips over the top of it… it adds a tasty crunch!
For sides we have garden food: green beans, cherry tomatoes, and zucchini.
My family also loves Krusteaz gluten free cornbread so we will cook that up as well.
