When it comes to fitness, sometimes we all just need to start somewhere.

And guess what?

I think you will be completely surprised how quickly your body adapts to fitness.

Yes our bodies get sore at times.

But if we gradually, and consistantly incorporate physical fitness into our lives…it’s quite amazing how well our bodies adapt and adjust.

Go at your own pace, but all I can say is that physical fitness is such an important part of living life to it’s fullest.

For June I felt like a fitness challenge would be the perfect monthly goal.

We only get one body, and how wonderful it is to feel great in our skin.
