Here’s what I have in my gluten-free cold storage.
As a family we always try to be prepared with food on hand “just in case” there is a food crisis.
For those that are gluten- free or have a food allergy, I highly suggest making sure you have enough food on hand just in case something happened and there was no place to buy gluten-free food.
I also suggest swapping out food items every 6-12 months to keep your food up to date.
Below you will see the youtube link for this video. Also below, you will see the written list of gluten-free items I keep in my gluten-free food storage. I hope this can be helpful to you or someone you know that has to eat gluten free!
